Think Twice, Post Once: If you are posting something in the forums, it may be hurtful for some poster or it's something inappropiate. Knowing this rule is the key to not break the rules.

I really hope you can see that Picture. Anyway, if your rank says "Please Read The Rules" that just means that you should read the rules. Obviously, if you know that it says you should read the rules and you're reading the rules right now, you can pay no attention to it until you have 15+ posts. This is a trap if anyone asks why it says that in their rank, because otherwise they would've read this.
